Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain how Sahara Public Rights welfare organization based in Pakistan, will receive, manage, and use donations or support payments sent from abroad. Our aim is to ensure honesty, safety, and transparency in all international contributions.
Purpose of Funds
- All payments received from in-site country or abroad will be used only for welfare activities at Sahara Public Rights Welfare.
- Funds used for food, materials, clothing, healthcare, medical treatment improvements, and other welfare/ shelter home for mentally challenges people needs.
- Donor instructions will be followed if they match our welfare policies
Payment Methods
- Overseas payments can be sent through bank transfer, remittance services, online transfers, or any legally approved international payment channel
- Donors must ensure they enter the correct bank/account details.
- Any transfer charges by international banks or money transfer services will be paid by the donor.
Record Keeping & Receipts
- Sahara Public Rights welfare organization will keep proper records of all international payments, including donor name, country, amount, and purpose (if provided).
- Donors may request a receipt or confirmation message after their payment is received.
- All donations may be included in financial reports for transparency.
Legal Compliance
- Donations from abroad will be handled according to Pakistan’s laws, including State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Payments from illegal, suspicious, or unverified sources will not be accepted.
Use of Funds

- Donations cannot be used for any personal, political, or unlawful purpose.
Right to Refuse or Refund
- Sahara Public Rights welfare organization may refuse or return any donation that does not meet legal or ethical requirements.

By sending overseas payments, the donor accepts these Terms and Conditions.
